I’m Jassy (she/her), a psychosexual counsellor and the founder of Second Base.

My work is collaborative, evidence informed and grounded in an understanding of how sexual pain, intimacy and pleasure are shaped by the nervous system, emotional safety and lived experience.

Outside the therapy space, I’m a recovering perfectionist who values art and a good dinner with wine and friends. I’m an avid surfer and someone who intentionally practises building a life that feels meaningful and romantic. This perspective informs how I work with people.
